You are permitted to change the default applications for web browsing and mail. Whatever happened to all the other kinds of applications?

All the themes are blue. So in other words, your theme must be blue. Kinda annoying and boring after a while.

As for playing music, Lubuntu includes Aqualung. Would be nice if stupid Lubuntu could get my sound driver right. It's beyond me why sound is the one thing Linux gets wrong in this day and age. Especially with an Intel ICH8 chipset.

Lubuntu includes Xarchiver for opening and extracting archives.

And this is the desktop configuration utility.
Note that Lubuntu only includes one background by default, which in my mind is a sign of either rushed programming, or laziness.
Would also explain all the bugs.
