PCLOS Phoenix File Management
Since this is XFCE, it uses Thunar as a file manager.

And here is the XFCE control panel. I couldn’t open the PCLOS one because, like Mandriva, it has no idea what my password really is.

Conclusion:
PCLinuxOS Phoenix is an interesting spin on the XFCE desktop. It works (although it can take some fiddling), and it looks good, and it can actually be used to do work.
