It is possible to change the colors of the "glass". I was surprised that one of the defaults wasn't some kind of green (or blue, or even red for that matter).

And here is another new feature in Vista: Exposé...oh wait, that's what it's called in Mac OS X. This is Flip3D. Yet another ripped-off feature from Mac OS.

Speaking of Mac OS X, here is yet another feature that is a huge ripoff: window previews now appear when you move your mouse over the button on the task bar. Of course Mac OS X does it better since it uses the previews themselves to indicate open program windows.

As if the thumbnails were already huge enough, the Explorer has been slightly changed, and one of the new additions is Extra Large icons which replaces the Filmstrip but makes things unnecessarily huge in the process.
The Explorer now also gets rid of the menus as well. Thankfully they are still accessible by pressing the function keys.
