Cmd Shell Run program
Running a program is straightforward. It comes straight out of the box with most of the important Windows executables (Paint, Wordpad, Calculator, etc) already added. You can also see that I added Firefox.

Disappointingly it doesn't automatically capitalize the program name if you add it manually. Also dangerously it comes with the registry editor right there in plain sight.

Selecting a program automatically opens it. Upon returning to the command shell, pressing enter redisplays the menu. Pressing escape returns you to the main menu.

Cmd Shell Run System App
And here is a running program.

Cmd Shell Run added program
You can see that even with an added program, it works seamlessly. Pretty outstanding for modern command line stuff!

Cmd Shell Remove program
Removing a program is also automated. It also asks you if you want to remove the program.

Cmd Shell Remove completely
Unfortunately, it does not run the uninstaller for the program directly from the shell, instead it wants you to use Add/Remove programs!
Also disappointingly it does this even for system apps which aren't even in add/remove programs...
