Xubuntu 10.04 Totem
Xubuntu uses Totem to play movies, which unfortunately is a crippled movie player, mostly due to the "bull ****ing ****" DMCA policies it *has* to follow so closely.

Like Lubuntu, Xubuntu includes xscreensaver, but does not include the extra packages.

The control panel houses all the utilities in one place, rather than having an entire menu for them.

Conclusion:
Xubuntu has some slight glitches and has a different package arrangement than Ubuntu, however it is still perfectly usable and is great for systems with limited hardware.
