El Capitan also includes a new version of Safari, which isn't different from past releases, mostly just security and bug fixes, and changes to the rendering engine because web developers apparently can't stop breaking things.

Here is a right-click context menu (yes, the Mac supports that) on something in the Dock. Apparently there is now a "list" view for stacks in addition to the fan and grid views from past versions. Also see that I added the applications folder to the Dock, where it belongs.

Also from the iPhone is the iMessage application. Cool, so now teenagers can send text messages from their iMac in addition to their iPhone and iPad...although no, it doesn't use mobile data or anything. This also serves no purpose on a desktop.

Spaces has been radically changed to look more like other operating systems. Personally I liked the old view, but this I guess is better for when you have a large number of virtual desktops, and it's certainly more obvious how to configure it.

Also from the iPhone is the Game Center application. I'm not sure what it's really used for so I can't comment on it.
